  4. Leg Workout: Start with a basic jump for one minute, then do 30 seconds of alternating leg jumps (where you jump and land on one leg at a time). Rest for 30 seconds and repeat this for a total of 20 minutes.

  5. Full Body Blast: Start with a basic jump for one minute, then do 30 seconds of double unders. Next, do 30 seconds of jumping jacks with the rope. Finally, do 30 seconds of alternating leg jumps. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat this for a total of 20 minutes.

Remember to warm up before starting any exercise routine, and to cool down and stretch after you finish. It's also important to listen to your body and take breaks if you need them.
